As someone passionate about harnessing technology and innovation for personal and professional growth, I’m eager to pioneer and experiment with integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Solution Focused Approach in coaching supervision and support for coaches.
A Developing Niche in Coaching Supervision
Coaching supervision is a growing and developing niche, still finding its place within the broader coaching landscape. I believe there’s incredible potential here, especially when we start to leverage technology like AI to provide structured, solution-focused support. The Snowflake Coaching System is designed with this in mind, offering tailored support for coaches and supervision to coaches in a way that has never been done before. I’m excited to see how AI, trained with the Solution Focused Approach, can enhance the supervision process and provide coaches with new insights and feedback.
Bringing Expertise and Experience to Mentor Coaching and other practitioners
With years of experience working with youths and families, I’m passionate about offering my expertise through mentor coaching for ICF coaches and clinical supervision for other practitioners. This gives me an opportunity to share knowledge and help others develop their skills while tapping into the incredible potential of the Snowflake Coaching System. By incorporating the solution-focused methodology into the AI’s design, we aim to provide a tool that aligns deeply with the beliefs and principles we hold in the Solution Focused practice.
