Was reminded that in our work with young people, we need to pay attention and cater to the different domains of the young person if we were to be truly effective and helpful.
The trap and pitfall of many of us as professionals is to be focusing only on our specialization and niche and at the expense of our client whom we serve.
Yes, it might be tough and maybe not practical even to cater to such a wide spectrum but I believe it’s a good first step to even start acknowledging that this is truly needed today.
How are you progressing along in this aspect? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences! Do connect with me at joe@coachjoechan.com!

Thanks for discussing your ideas. I would also like to state that video games have been at any time evolving. Better technology and inventions have made it easier to create genuine and fun games. All these entertainment video games were not really sensible when the actual concept was first of all being tried. Just like other areas of technological innovation, video games also have had to develop by way of many decades. This is testimony for the fast development of video games. Johna Marsh Bertrando
Thanks for this input. Yes, definitely tech and media has grown and progressed so much more that we cannot turn a blind eye to. So it’s really time to position ourselves to be in that space as well to engage with our young people too!
